The New Evening at the Embassies" Series

GOAL:

The goal of the "Evening at the Embassy" and the related "Ambassador Advance" is to establish even more meaningful and long-term relationships with the various Ambassadors and their key Embassy personnel of those 38 nations covered by The Eurasia Center. Such relationships will expand upon the already existing positive contacts. This effort will firmly establish The Eurasia Center as the leader in Washington, D.C. and abroad for even better communications, understanding, trade, and investments between Eurasia and America. Participation will be actively promoted among key leaders of American business, government, education, science, high technology, and non-governmental organizations. A further purpose is to allow all sized organizations to take meaningful part as well as to join as active members of the Eurasian Business Coalition (EBC) with automatic membership in The Eurasia Center.

OBJECTIVES:

Allow The Eurasia Center to expand upon its direct contacts with the Ambassadors and their key Embassy staff to further their understanding of and support for efforts of increased communications, understanding, trade, and investments between Eurasia and America.

The Eurasia Center will contact each Eurasian Ambassador along with his/her key staff. Each Embassy will be able to show case its Nation including its culture, people, history, businesses, and investment opportunities.

The Ambassadors and their key staff members of the 38 identified nations will be invited to have the event scheduled at their own Embassy. Among the smaller nations there may be interest in combined "Evenings" with multiple Embassy presentations with each respective Embassy taking a special role.

There will be a 30 - 45 minute presentation by each Embassy Ambassador and/or his-her Chief Representative(s) such as the Business, Cultural, and/or Political Attaches, moderated by a member of The Eurasia Center 'Executive Committee'. There will be a 15 minute "Q &A" session after the formal presentation and before each "Evenings" reception.

A special "Ambassador Advance" reception will be held by the respective Ambassador and specially invited key leaders of business, government, education, science, technology, and non-governmental organizations prior to the main event. The purpose of this "Advance" is to allow for informal interaction and building personal relationships between the Ambassador and "real" American leaders.

The International Investor will provide extensive broadcast for each of the formal presentations, "Q &A" sessions, interviews of selected special guests, and the receptions. Such broadcasts will be aired both domestically in approximately 55 American cities and 126 nations overseas.
